Basically as the title says.

I never really liked X3 or the later games. I felt there was too much focus on combat and not enough on the story or non-combat aspects.

I’ve heard Elite Dangerous is good but it also looks pretty combat-centric. Honestly I just enjoyed going back and forth to different star systems trading stuff and making a bit more profit here and there to upgrade my ship. I never really even got into buying slave ships and setting up automatic trading stuff etc (maybe I…
